Bluetooth CIV interface for ICOM (7000, 7100, 9100)

On your Android Device

Ensure you have the latest version of RepeaterBook for Android installed.

In the RepeaterBook app settings select your ICOM radio.

Connect BlueCAT for your radio as shown below

From the RepeaterBook app menu select "Connect BlueCAT", then select your BlueCAT.

Press a Repeater entry to set your radio.  

On the radio

Triple check the power ACC connector is in the right way up as it can be upside down and still “seem” seated.

Check the 3.5mm jack plug is securely seated in the correct CIV port.

Check the radios CIV address is set correctly.

Check the radio's baud rate is set to Auto or the baud rate of your BlueCAT if that does not work.

ICOM 7100 Settings

Baud Rate - Auto

Default CIV - 88h

CIV Port - CIV Remote Jack (** NOT DATA 1 or DATA 2 **) 

For the moment ensure radio is in single VFO mode

ICOM 9100 Settings

Baud Rate - Auto

CIV Port - Remote

Default CIV - 07Ch

For the moment ensure radio is in single VFO mode

ICOM 700 Settings

Baud Rate - Auto

Default CIV - 70h

CIV Port - CIV Remote Jack
